Inshore Biloxi Bay Fishing
The Biloxi Bay is home to some of Mississippi’s finest casinos. With this said, the Biloxi Bay provides a very scenic view of the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Some things you may see are Bald Eagles and Osprey, definitely Brown Pelicans and Seagulls. Occasionally, you will spot some Bottlenose Dolphin cruising in the Bay.
The Bay offers protected waters. What this means is if the wind is blowing normally the water in the bay can be calm.
Biloxi bay is home too many different species such as Redfish, Speckled Trout, Flounder, White Trout, Ground Mullet. Then in the winter time Black Drum and Sheepshead. Fishing in the bay can be truly a rewarding experience. The Bay is full of marsh and salt grass islands. This provides a perfect location for breeding and spawning. Biloxi Bay is full of bait fish and of course, you know the big ones come in to feed. The water is deep as 35 feet in some spots. This provides awesome fishing grounds for the amateur as well as the experienced angler.
