Reservation Policy:

Reservations are secured by providing a credit card number as a deposit. Your card will be immediately charged for $50.00 with the remainder payable "on the dock" after the trip.

Large parties may require a larger deposit.

Cancellation policy:

Cancellations will be charged a $10.00 cancellation fee.

Cancellation of your Biloxi charter fishing trip with less than 24 hours notice will result in loss of deposit; however the deposit will remain on the books and is valid for 1 year.

If you are a "No Show" this will result in a full loss of your deposit. The deposit will cover the cost of preparing the charter boat for your fishing trip.

Cancellations must be confirmed with Bryan Cuevas. Leave a voicemail if you can't reach us. Please note that voicemails shall not be binding until we call you back to confirm.

Cancellations due to weather (in Mega-Bite Fishing Charters sole discretion) will result in no additional charge. If the Captain cancels a trip for weather you can receive a full refund.
