Reservation Policy:

Reservations are secured by providing a credit card number as a deposit. Your card will be immediately charged for $50.00 with the remainder payable "on the dock" after the trip.

Large parties may require a larger deposit.

Cancellation policy:

Cancellations with more than 48 hours notice from the day of your trip will be charged a $15.00 cancellation fee.

Cancellation of your Biloxi charter fishing trip with less than 48 hours notice from the day of your trip will result in loss of deposit. The balance due for your trip will be charged to your card on file.
 
If you are a "No Show" this will result in a full loss of your deposit. The full balance due will be charged to your card on file. If you are going to be late you must call. We must hear from you no later than 30 minutes from your trip start time. We will make one attempt to contact you, if we are not able to reach you it will be considered a "No Show".

Cancellations must be confirmed with Bryan Cuevas. Leave a voicemail if you can't reach us. Please note that voicemail's shall not be binding until we call you back to confirm.

Cancellations due to weather (in Mega-Bite Fishing Charters sole discretion) will result in no additional charge. If the Captain cancels a trip for weather you can receive a full refund.
